A tour of the lodge
The main building is where meals are prepared and eaten, and is also where most of the socialising takes place. The bar is in here, as is the pool table and the sofas.
Outside there is a verandah leading down to two decks, one with a camp fire which tends to be where people congregate at the end of every evening.
Dotted around the grounds are bandas, or dormitories, and a toilet/shower block…home of both the ‘luxurious’ western toilets and the infamous cold showers!
